New HR Reports

  • Direct Reports by NED Supervisor: Based on data downloaded from NED, this report lists supervisors and their direct reports. 
  • Calendar Report: A new report that tracks upcoming events in a calendar format. Filter certain important dates and see the upcoming events visually.
  • PDT Report: A new report was added under the reports tab. This report includes a list of employees and their Sensitivity level and BI Type.


New HR Data Fields


  • Student Loan Repayment Data: SLRP data is now tracked in the NOAC table to improve payroll projections. A summary report of all employee's SLRP data is coming soon!
  • PMAP Rating: Existing rating data was added to the Positions page for ad-hoc reporting. You can add this field to your home Positions page using the customize column feature. (Learn how here). 
  • Improved Payroll Projections:
    • Improved Fellow Projections
    • Accounted for large one-time payments
  • Bargaining Unit and its Descriptive Value: A new data field to the supplemental information page for Bargaining Unit with its Descriptive Value. 
  • Telework Type: A new data field "Telework Type, downloaded from nVision, has been added to the supplemental information page for each employee profile. Add the new field to your home Positions page using the customize column feature. (Learn how here)
  • Position Unique ID: A request to create a unique ID for each position. Each new position for an employee will create a new position ID. You can add this field to your home Positions page using the customize column feature. (Learn how here). Use this data point in Excel for lookups or in our HR Excel functions. 
  • Next WIGI Amount: The sum total of the gross salary change from the current Step to the upcoming Step. You can add this field to your home Positions page using the customize column feature. (Learn how here). 


New Features


  • Copy View Access: When creating or editing a new user, System Admin users can copy an existing user's HR admin access to the new employee.


New or Updated Screens

  • DIY Troubleshooting Screen: A new help guide screen to help users solve common issues. When users land on our Oops page there is a link to this page to help solve the immediate issue. 
  • Title 42 Pay Projection: A report of all Title 42 employees that allows users to project future pay increases such as Spring Increases and Quadrennials.
