Users have the option to use existing workflow as the template for a new workflow. The copy a workflow feature will copy the

  •  Routing network (with names for each route included) 
    • If a route was bypassed or added when the original workflow was initiated these changes will be copied
  • Linkage: if a workflow was linked to an employee, CAN, or unlinked this information will be copied
  • The additional title
  • The agreement date


To copy any existing workflow click the Copy this workflow button found next to the ticket # / template name
