To track FTE ceilings, users can utilize the dashboard for analytic cards that represent their user-entered ceilings compared to their FTE utilization as calculated by Beacon.

There are 4 unique cards that display FTE ceilings.
1: Ceiling Management Report
2: FTE by Division
3: FTE Ceilings and Actuals
4: Multi-Year FTE and Ceiling
To add these cards to your view click on the hamburger icon next to the name of your dashboard and click Add Card
From the pop up modal search by the word "Ceiling". Multiple cards will be filtered. Select from the list above and choose the admin code or parent admin code that you want to report from.
