After a workflow has been initiated, a Flow Administrator and the Flow initiator can edit the WorkFlow link.
Depending on if the Flow is in Review or Approval Status, there are different ways to make this modification
Approval Status
From the WorkFlow, click the pencil icon to edit the workflow link.
From the new pop up window, use the radio button to select the new WorkFlow type (Employee Recruit/Vacancy CAN or Unlinked)
After you have selected the workflow type, you will need to enter a new linked title in the text box below, depending on the type you have selected
- Employee - Enter the employee's name (Search the last name first)
- Recruit/Vacancy - Select the Recruit Vacancy. You can identify the position using the position title and admin code
- CAN- Enter the Summary account or CAN
- Unlinked - Enter a title for the Flow
Click Modify WorkFlow Association when complete
Review and Draft Status
From the WorkFlow click the Back to Configure Workflow button to edit the link.
From the configure workflow page use the radio button to change the WorkFlow type. (Employee Recruit/Vacancy CAN or Unlinked)
After you have selected the workflow type, you will need to enter a new linked title in the text box below, depending on the type you have selected (see approval Status for more details)
When you have finished editing the WorkFlow link click Next: File Upload/Review Processing
