Export to Excel
From almost every page there is an export to Excel icon found by the top right-hand corner of the data grid. Click this icon to download the data grid to your desktop. Change the name of the file and click save.
Some older screens will have a slightly different-looking export to excel icons. It will also be found from the top right-hand corner.
Note: The "Export to Excel" icon is not the same as the "Excel Link" icon, which establishes a link between Beacon Finance and Excel in order to update Excel spreadsheets that use formulas that are part of the Beacon Excel Add-in.
Export to PDF
Next to the Export to pdf button is a print to pdf icon. Click this icon to print the report.
