At any point during the approval process, an approver can deny a travel request as it has been submitted, and return the entire request back to the original travel planner. 

Provide notes or an explanation in the text box and click return to travel planner. The Travel Planner will be notified via email and through Beacon of the returned request. 


If needed, the Travel Planner can then make the necessary adjustments and resubmit for approval.
