Beacon HR Administrators can customize which position types display as FTE positions on the main Position List.
On the Main Position list of Beacon HR, users can filter their data set by applying several filters, including a position type filter. These toggles allow users to select from any variation of Fellows, Volunteers, Contractors, Guests, FTE’s, and FTE’s: Other. Because users do not always want to see all FTE position types grouped together, Administrators can determine what position types qualify as FTE from the Administration Module.
To manage this feature, navigate to the Administration Module. Select the Position Types option from the Administration menu.
Checkmark any positions that you would like included in the FTE categorization of the front Beacon HR page. Any position types that you exclude will be categorized as FTE: Other on the main position page.
