There are multiple alerts conditions pre-defined in the system, and users can customize their subscription to these alerts.


Every night the system will scan the database to search for any event that meets the alert conditions you have signed up for.  If any exist, the system will automatically list these alerts on the "My Alerts" page.

 

  • Obligations over Allocation Threshold - Alert will be sent if an obligation exceeds the allocation threshold for an allocation category within the selected View.

  • Budget changes Alert (By Owner/Manager)  - Alert will be sent if a Budget has been added or modified.

  • Allocation changes Alert (By View) - Alert will be sent if an Allocation is created or changed within the selected view.

  • Transaction Alert by Document Number - Alert sent when specified Document Number arrives in downloaded transactions.

  • Pending Approved Orders - Alert will be sent when a pending purchase order is approved for a given CAN

  • CAN Change Alert - Alert will be sent when transaction is moved to another CAN
